Made exclusively for us by local ceramicist DaybyDae Pottery, these pots are inspired by Japanese zen gardens to bring to your home a touch of calmness. Thrown with Raku Terracotta clay to create a rough sandy texture, the trimmed lines on the surface are like the raked sand designs in the zen gardens, before being finished with a thin layer of matte white glaze. Each piece is unique, the colours turning out slightly differently on each planter due to the firing process.
This ones come with a footed design and has no drainage holes, meant to be used as a cache pot.
